Question 1

What exactly does the AI never see?

Accepted Answer

Your name, email address, phone number and street address are always removed from the copy the AI reads. Other details, like your city or employers, you decide. You confirm the result before any AI runs.

Question 2

Are the detections perfect?

Accepted Answer

Automatic detection can miss things, which is why you review the result and can select any text to hide. The server also refuses to store a protected copy where a hidden value still appears.

Question 3

Do I really not need a password?

Accepted Answer

Correct. You enter your email and we send a one-time code to type in. Codes are short-lived and single-use, and a new code replaces the old one. Because your inbox is the key, keep your email account secure (a strong password and two-step verification there is the best protection).

Question 4

How do credits work?

Accepted Answer

One credit covers one application's AI work. You start with 5, they don't expire, and if a generation fails you aren't charged.

Question 5

Which languages and countries?

Accepted Answer

The app runs in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish, and the AI writes in the language of the job ad. Prices are in CHF, EUR, GBP and USD.

Question 6

How do coaches get paid?

Accepted Answer

Candidates pay Amalera; the coach's share is paid out once the session is completed. Coaches never invoice, and they see the net amount when they set their price.

Question 7

Can I try it before paying?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sign up free for 5 credits, no card needed.
